Battle Lake
In Battle Lake, you’ll find single family homes for sale, lake lots on West Battle Lake, residential lots with tax incentives for qualified purchasers, and rental units including one-level 4-plexes with attached garages and a new apartment complex set for completion in 2017. Henning
There are city lots available for building your dream home as well as affordable homes for first time buyers. A one level quality built townhome complex with two and three bedroom units was recently constructed with another building planned in the near future. Several other rental houses and apartments are also available.
Ottertail
Having one of the lowest city tax rates in Otter Tail County, buyers have the luxury of finding an existing house or building that dream home on one of the many affordable lots in town.
